Don't start with a power drill. Break the tension on each bolt by hand with a T40 tool first. Starting with a drill is the leading cause of stripped hardware on this job.

How the Mirra seat replacement works

1. Loosen the bolts by hand with the T40 tool and remove the old seat.
2. Unbolt the Flex Front mechanism from the old seat.
3. Fit the mechanism to the renewed seat with the provided screws.
4. Mount the seat back on the chair.
