What the size dots mean

Every Aeron is marked with small raised dots on the back frame: one dot for Size A, two for Size B and three for Size C. If you are replacing an Aeron you already own, feel for the dots and order the same size. Size B fits most adults; A suits smaller frames and C gives taller, broader users more room.

A chair you can keep for decades

Part of the Classic's appeal is that it can be repaired rather than replaced. This page includes our step-by-step videos for the common fixes, from a sinking gas cylinder to seat and back mesh, arm pads and tilt parts, and we stock the parts for each. You can add a headrest or upgrade the lumbar later on.
